JAPANESE JIU JITSU

OUR INSTURCTORS

Japanese Jiu Jitsu Throw

LONDON BUDO

Japanese Jiu Jitsu is the source art for BJJ, Judo & many others. It will provide you with excellent self defence skills including strikes, throws, joint locks and weapon defences.

You will also learn the philosophy and mindset of the samurai warriors who created Jiu Jitsu.

At London Budo we teach authentic Japanese Jiu Jitsu that has been passed down from teacher to pupil for hundreds of years combined with the best techniques from modern combat sports (BJJ, MMA etc) and self defence programs.

We aim to provide a complete martial art system for 21st Century Londoners that combines self defence, fitness and tradition in a friendly supportive community.

It is incredibly difficult to find authentic, practical Japanese jiu jitsu in the UK. By training with us you know that you're learning from instructors who have trained directly under the Japanese masters.
