Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
A martial art made famous by the Gracie family as they dominated the early UFC and MMA contests.
It will provide you with an amazing work out, self defence skills and the option to compete in sporting matches.
All our instructors received their black belts from Roger Gracie (the greatest BJJ competitor of all time) and our head instructor is a 3x European champion.
JAPANESE Jiu Jitsu
This is the source art for BJJ, Judo & many others. It will provide you with excellent self defence skills including strikes, throws, joint locks and weapon defences.
You will also learn the philosophy and mindset of the samurai warriors who created Jiu Jitsu.
Genuine Japanese Jiu Jitsu is incredibly rare and our head instructor had to travel to Japan over 35 times to master the real thing and bring it to the UK.
SELF DEFENCE
Our self defence classes are a great way to get introduced to martial arts.
You will learn simple yet highly effective techniques that cover common self defence situations that you may find yourself in. Our classes also give you the opportunity to practice the techniques in a safe environment improving your fitness and mobility.
We run both mixed and women's only classes.
BOXING
Our boxing classes appropriate for all skill levels. Sessions focus on developing boxing skills while building strength & endurance. You will improve your fitness, boost your confidence and relieve stress in a fun and supportive environment.
Classes are designed to be both technical and fitness oriented. You will learn the same skills as professional boxers, but without getting punched in the face (unless you really want to).
Our head coach has over 20 years of experience and is licensed to teach from beginner to professional levels.
MMA
Our MMA classes are designed for beginners to MMA and martial artists wishing to expose themselves to the MMA skillset. They are run in a relaxed way so you can learn this exciting and fun sport in a supportive & friendly environment.
The level of sparring is appropriate for beginners so classes are accessible and don't involve hard strikes or throws.
MMA provides you with a great all body workout whilst learning a rounded set of martial arts skills.

YOGA (coming soon)
Soon we will be offering regular yoga classes. Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing, and meditation to promote well-being. It enhances flexibility, strength, and balance while calming the mind and reducing stress.
Through yoga, individuals connect with their body and mind, fostering inner peace and mindfulness. It offers a versatile approach to improving physical and mental health.
