Our boxing classes are appropriate for all skill levels and are ideal for beginners or for people who just want a fun way to get fit.
Classes are designed to be both technical and fitness oriented. You will learn the same skills as professional fighters, but without getting punched in the face (unless you really want to).
You will improve your fitness, boost your confidence and relieve stress in a fun and supportive environment.
Our head coach has over 20 years of experience and is licensed to teach from beginner to professional levels.
